Summary: When using date range, ignores files for other statistics

Initial Comment:
I specified a date range of 243 days to my svn log command.  When I do, the LOC on the front page only includes the line count of files that have been touched in that time period.   If I do the same thing in statcvs, it keeps the project LOC correct.

I also modified my statcvs heatmap code to allow an arbitrary number of days and used this to build a new statsvn.   Statsvn's heatmap never shows any untouched files whereas the statcvs ones does show lots of dark regions with only a few hot spots.

Somehow it would be nice for statsvn to include all the untouched files in its statistics, you have a local checkout to work with!
