Initial Comment:
In most statistics, StatSVN produces, it would be useful to see what changes in detail are founding the statistic. So i.e. the LOC changed should show the amount of addings, changings or deletings.
And of capital importance is showing the deletion of files where possible / meaningful.

Also the developer report should tell the amount of addings, changings and deletes on a per developer base.
